Elaboration, characterization of functional granular nanostructres and their integration in advanced devices. By tunning the in-solution synthesis conditions, the produced homo- and/or hetero-nanostrcutures are designed to express target bio-physico-chemical properties for applications ranging between biomedicine nanoprobes, electromagnetic shielders, permanent magnets, nanolubrificants, multoferroics, magnetcalorics, magnetic recording substrates, electroluminescent displays, (photo)catalysts, etc. Depending on the desired application, the nanostructure shaping is addressed to form stable colloids and inks, ultrathin films, polymer-based composite 3D-prints and/or nanoconsolidates. Additionnaly, as produced powders and/or their shaped counterparts may receive specific post-treatments, like plasma ion implantation, magnetic annealing, molecular (electro)grafting among others to tailor their final properties.
